Can you monitor by using a cell phone instaed of a hard land line? Any additional cost?

Hello Frank, Yes we can monitor via Cellular Uplink Technology, also their is an additional charge for this service. We at ARS can still offer this type of service for the same amount or less than most land line monitoring fees though!
